Imagine, if you will, a relay race for dogs! Flyball is a fast and furious sport, where a team of 4 dogs race one at a time over 4 jumps to retrieve a ball from a spring-loaded box and then back again. The world’s fastest teams run all 4 dogs through the relay in under 16 seconds! During these courses, each element of the race will be broken down and taught – jumping, retrieving, activating the box, turns and, of course, SPEED! Flyball is a great way to burn off excess energy in your hyperactive dog.
Note that this is a VERY exciting class for dogs. There WILL be lots of barking, straining on the leash and high arousal levels! Not for students who want to practice calmness and manners….but perfect for students who want to have a rockin’ good time!

Vaccinations: DHPP + Rabies
Pre-requisites: Beginner’s Obedience
Class Format: 6 x 1-hour classes, weekly
